Through this phenomenon and my personal experience
I examine the constantly evolving identity of a person.
This person is my father, whom I did not know in
person. I built his identity from other people’s memories
based on the photographs of him. I made a parallel between
remembering and between the reconstruction of the face to present
the incompleteness of this process.
I collected all the available information from the family
photo album, and reconstructed the details of the face
with the help of a photogrammetric program. Thus
creating a face that cannot be linked to the person who
once lived, only to the memories associated with him and
his reconstructed identity.
